As I am sure you are aware there is a growing “Green” movement in this country and around the world. You see it everywhere, Go Green! Well the reason we use organic products in our cosmetics is not because we are environmentalists. We use organic products to avoid any contamination with pesticides, steroids, and other unhealthy additives that can be introduced to non-ogranic products. Our concern is making the best products available to you at the best prices. Our motto is Cosmetics Made For You.
Our formulations are also Vegan in nature. We do not use any animal products on our skin care or cosmetics. Everything is either plant derived or mineral based. The reason for this is we do not believe in the use of Guano or Fats that are from animals which have been killed for use in cosmetics. There are natural sources for all of the compounds that are derived from animals. We do not use beeswax instead we use a plant derived wax called Candelilla wax.
The most important aspect of our product line is how they are prepared. We use a GLP, GMP facility to produce our products. Our cosmetic chemist has a degree in Chemistry with his specialties being Natural Products & Analytical Chemistry. The reason that led to the formation of this company was the involvement in cancer research which our chemist has. He has been involved with skin cancer research for years and was a co-author of numerous papers which involve natural product discoveries. In turn he wanted to create a product line that was all natural & organic for people to use and help with their skin care. Now we have Badia Cosmetics and we hope you try our line of products.
